ted out as a site agent for a new home builder on the south side of Jacksonville, selling home sites and watching families build the home of their dreams. After many successful and fulfilling years in the new home industry, I decided to make the switch to general real estate. This change allowed me to expand my area of expertise to all of Greater Jacksonville. In 1998, I was asked to develop the resale division of East West Partners, the developer of the award winning community Eagle Harbor, and subsequently spent five years there. Back in general real estate sales for the past 12 years, the foundation of my business continues to be based on honesty, trust, integrity, and hard work. My extensive knowledge of the area, diverse experiences, and expertise in Real Estate, combined with the desire to put people first and work tirelessly to find just the right fit for each and every customer, has continually made me one of the top producing agents in Clay County. More personally, my husband and I spent 20 years living on the beautiful waterways of Doctors Lake and the St. Johns River and raised our three children here in Clay County. Enjoying life on the water gave me a great appreciation for the beauty and serenity of our area. When not working, I enjoy bird watching, traveling and spending time with my family, especially my five wonderful grandchildren.
