Services Offered:
We offer general home maintenance and repair, including: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, sheetrock, trim, hardware, decking, outbuildings, roofing, lawn care, and much more.
Pricing:
Service Call Base Rate: $40/Hr
Service Call After Hours Rate: $60/Hr
Parts: All parts will be billed at cost + shipping.
Area Specific Charges:
Flemingsburg: No additional cost.
Morehead, Maysville, Mt. Sterling: $25 flat trip charge + 0.5 hours labor added.
Travel specific charges can be waived if visit is scheduled when I am already in your area. Verbal consent to charges will be obtained prior to dispatch.
Rate for quoted jobs is per contract. Quotes for large jobs will be billed at $50 + travel specific costs outlined above. Quote will be delivered upon payment of quote invoice. Any additional charges related to the quote will be agreed upon prior to billing.
