Paying $2,500/month in rent? I hear it all the time: "Buying is way more expensive than renting." But what’s interesting is when you actually run the numbers, homeownership might be closer than you think. 🏠

According to Zillow, the average rent in Flemington is $2,412/month.
The average home value? $643,756.

Depending on your down payment, loan term, and what you're shopping for, a mortgage payment could actually be in a similar range.

But here's the real difference: you're building equity. Your payment stays fixed. Meanwhile, rent just keeps climbing (↑$412 year-over-year in our area).
If homeownership has felt out of reach, it might be worth a real conversation with a lender to see what's actually possible.
