Last Friday was extra special as we got to celebrate both the sale of our wonderful clientsโ€™ home AND the purchase of their beautiful new construction home! ๐Ÿกโœจ

Sometimes in real estate, things take time โ€” and thatโ€™s okay. We go at the pace our clients need. I first started working with this amazing family a couple of years ago when they began their home search, but when the timing and options just werenโ€™t quite right, they decided to pause.

Then, when it was timeโ€ฆ they called us! ๐Ÿฅน

I was so happy to hear from them and so excited to help get everything moving in the right direction. Buying and selling at the same time can feel overwhelming, and this was definitely one of those tricky transactions where the properties were contingent upon a contingencyโ€ฆ upon another contingency! ๐Ÿ˜…
