🎉 Not one closing… but TWO! 🎉

Last Friday was extra special as we got to celebrate both the sale of our wonderful clients’ home AND the purchase of their beautiful new construction home! 🏡✨

Sometimes in real estate, things take time — and that’s okay. We go at the pace our clients need. I first started working with this amazing family a couple of years ago when they began their home search, but when the timing and options just weren’t quite right, they decided to pause.

Then, when it was time… they called us! 🥹

I was so happy to hear from them and so excited to help get everything moving in the right direction. Buying and selling at the same time can feel overwhelming, and this was definitely one of those tricky transactions where the properties were contingent upon a contingency… upon another contingency! 😅

But with great communication, teamwork, and everyone working toward the same goal, we made it to the finish line.
