It has been a busy season, and I couldn't be more grateful for the people who make it all happen.
This year has brought its share of challenges. We lost our friend and teammate, Wayne, and said goodbye to Zoey as she began a new chapter. We also welcomed Jeff, Bill, and Sam to the team. Through every transition, everyone has continued to put their best foot forward.
Today we have six guys out in the field grinding every day—turning vacant houses around, making repairs in occupied homes, and doing whatever it takes to keep our owners and tenants taken care of. Meanwhile, our office staff is hustling to keep up with new listings, maintenance requests, tenant needs, owner communication, and everything else that comes with managing hundreds of properties.
A special shoutout to Jesse, our manager, who leads by example. Today she's out weed-whacking and landscaping a property because she believes no job is too big or too small. She's the kind of leader who says, "I'll do it with you," not "Go do it." That kind of leadership inspires the rest of us every day.
I'm incredibly thankful for our village:

🏡 The tenants who give us grace when things get busy.
🏡 Our employees and subcontractors who show up every day, rain or shine, and get the job done.
None of this happens because of one person. It happens because of a team that's willing to step up wherever they're needed. I'm proud to be part of this team and excited for everything that's still to come. ❤️
