Hey everyone! We're about to put a new roof on the old community center building and turn it into indoor batting cages with a meeting area. We need everything out. So next Saturday, June 27th from 9am till noon we're going to have a sale. We have old "jelly jar" glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, punch bowl and cups, etc., as well as 2 desks, 2 pianos (one was from the old Flint School), a small organ/keyboard and the original Hot Point oven and range. And there may be other goodies I forgot about. Please come out and donate to the community center by purchasing a piece of history!

Hey all you sports fans! There will be a triple header of little league 9u baseball at the Flint ballfield this Saturday, March 31st. The games will be at 1, 3, and 5pm. Come on out and watch some baseball and support our concession stand!

The Flint-Gresham Ballfield is in full swing! Come join us the next two Saturdays for a double-header starting at 1:00 on April 9th and a triple-header starting at 11:00 on April 16th.

Flint Baptist Church Youth will have a Flag Football Game tomorrow night (Friday, June 4) from 7-11. The last hour will be played in the dark with a glow-in-the-dark football. Come on out and support the youth and the Community Improvement Association. Limited concessions will be available.

The East Texas Knights played the first official baseball games this past Saturday at the newly renovated DJ Clements / Val Bacica Memorial Field. Next games May 8 beginning 11:00. Come on out and celebrate with us. Good baseball, good fellowship, and good hotdogs and nachos from the newly renovated and updated concession stand!
