The appfolio system is currently down !! We aren’t sure what’s going on or when it’ll be fixed but they are working on it!!!

The office and about 6/7 buildings are still without power. Consumers is giving an estimate of 12/31 at 7:30am!!
Please reach out to your renters insurance and see if they can help with housing/ food while the power is out !!!!

Half of the complex is still without power - including the office ! Which means we have no phones !! For emergencies please call the emergency maintenance phone ! All other issues , please email for a response !!

This rain/ sleet mixture is quickly turning slick !! Please be extra cautious when walking to and from buildings / parking lots !! Unfortunately because it is raining , salt won’t do much for now !! Please be safe!!
