We are all currently experiencing a world wide disease epidemic that will need all of our full participation in slowing down the process of spreading it. In order to help with this process Redstone Townhomes leasing office will not be open to residents beginning March 17th 2020– April 15th 2020. If these dates will be extended you will be notified. Maintenance will only handle emergency work orders during this period as well. Emergency work orders are as follows:

1. BOILER PROBLEMS (NO HEAT)
2.NO WATER
3. BROKEN WATER PIPES . 4.BUILDING DAMAGE
5.BROKEN PRIMARY WINDOWS
6.GAS LEAK
7.PLUGGED SERVICES (IF PLUNGER DOESN'T WORK)
8. APPLIANCES
9 FLOODING
10.NATURAL DISASTER
11.ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION

1. Please drop your rent in the drop box for the month of April. ALL RECEIPTS WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR IN AN ENVELOPE.

2. Please make sure that you include your address and signature on your money order or check.
