Please arrive by 8:50 am so the speaker can start at 9 am. Topic: Deed fraud is a significant and growing problem in Michigan, with scammers forging documents or impersonating owners to illegally transfer property and steal equity. Fraudsters frequently target elderly individuals, those who own free-and-clear homes, or properties with "cash purchase" history. This a very urgent and important discussion.
