ATTENTION ALL GRADUATING SENIORS of 2027

🎓 Calling all Genesee County high school seniors! 🏡

Are you planning a career in real estate? The Genesee Landlords Association is offering two $1,500 scholarships to help the next generation of real estate professionals reach their goals. That includes future realtors, investors, builders, attorneys, and landlords or property managers.

Who can apply:
✅ High school seniors graduating this school year
✅ Genesee County residents
✅ Minimum 2.5 GPA
✅ Planning to attend a college, university, trade school, or licensing program related to real estate

What you'll need:
📝 A personal essay (200–500 words)
📄 One or two letters of recommendation
🤝 Your community involvement or work experience

The scholarship is paid directly to your school for tuition, books, or supplies.

📅 Deadline: April 30
