Things I would NEVER spend money on before selling a house 👀
• a full kitchen remodel
• fully renovating bathrooms
• replacing everything just because it’s “not trendy”
• expensive landscaping projects
• custom upgrades for someone else’s taste

Most sellers do not get all of that money back.
What actually helps more:
• decluttering
• deep cleaning
• fresh paint
• minor repairs
• better lighting
• good listing photos
You do not need a HGTV renovation to sell your house.
Most of the time, you just need the home to feel clean, cared for, and move-in ready. 🏡
