Thanks to the generous backing of the REALTORS® Relief Foundation, Arkansas REALTORS® is offering storm relief grants to those who have been affected by the April 2nd (and on) storms across the state of Arkansas. Any affected AR resident is eligible to apply.
APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN NOW to apply for financial aid following the storms that ravaged Arkansas the week of April 2nd and the flooding that continued for weeks. Those that are eligible for aid include (1) If you pay a mortgage and your home was damaged, (2) If you own your home outright and your home was damaged, (3) If you rent your home and were displaced due to the storm damage.
When applying, be sure that all required documentation is submitted at one time. This can include a mortgage statement, utility bill, old and new lease agreements, etc. Both a scan of your ID and photos of the damage are required in order to be approved.
Applications that are submitted incomplete cannot and will not be reviewed. Please submit all required documentation in one submission so that materials do not get separated. Be sure that your application is entirely complete before submitting.
Applications will be reviewed by the Hearts & Homes of Arkansas Board of Directors. Applications will be reviewed in the weeks following submission, and if approved, checks will be sent out following review.
