Hi everyone,
We want to share an update regarding a recent auction change. One of our sellers unexpectedly withdrew their auction. This is not something we normally allow, but in this case the seller had not been honest with us about several months of unpaid rent, and the building owner required the seller to vacate by the end of the week. Because of this situation, we had no choice but to cancel the auction.
All leading bids have been canceled, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We know many of you were actively watching items, and we appreciate your understanding.
We encourage you to check back on our website over the next few weeks. We have several auctions scheduled before the end of the year, and we look forward to bringing you more great opportunities.
Thank you for your continued support.
