Real estate is always fun and closing day is always exciting, but when your clients are some of your favorite people, the circumstances are unexpected and a little unknown, the sellers are parents of former students, and other agent is also from Huff, it makes closing that much cooler! I am so happy we found the Goodenoughs such a great house that had been well loved and cared for and know they (and the kids!) are looking forward to this next chapter!

I can't lie. When I decided to start real estate I thought it would be cool to see all of the houses, yards, and how people made them their own. It turns out, though, that meeting new clients and helping them find the best place for them is really special. Navigating through buying a home is somewhat intimidating and overwhelming, but I truly enjoy helping my clients through it. And making some new friends along the way!

Closing day is always exciting, but even more fun when your client is super sweet, adorable and hilarious! Congrats, Cheyenne, on the purchase of your perfect home!

Though, I did spoil my surprise Japanese maple by cooking it in my car. Womp womp. Laughed at the pitiful little guy all the way to the office!
