Sometimes everything just falls into place faster than you expect. 🙌

Courtney and Cameron were referred to me by a mutual friend and reached out in January with a big goal: find their forever home before their daughter starts kindergarten this fall. After 7 years in their condo, it was time. They needed more space, a yard for gardening, and a dedicated office for working from home.

The tricky part was figuring out how to buy and sell at the same time because that second move can be a whole different ballgame. We talked through several options and landed on my favorite solution, a bridge loan that allowed them to buy before selling without all the stress.Total game changer! (Curious how that works? And then the perfect house popped up almost immediately. Right school district. First floor office with French doors. A yard made for gardening. And a great price.

It felt fast. It felt a little scary. But when you know, you know.

We lined everything up from closing on the new home, to moving, to getting their condo on the market and under contract, and wrapped it all up in less than 5 weeks between closings. 🤯

Now they are settled in and ready to enjoy a full summer in their new home before kindergarten begins. And that garden? I have a feeling it is already getting started. 🌿
