I’m behind on life currently 😂

But these two closed on their new homes this week!

Mark was a referral from a past client of mine!! He came to Cincinnati for a position at Xavier university! He and Mary love unique old homes and they found just that! Remember the home with the penny floor? That’s this house!! 🏡

Mike and Elizabeth… our search started a year ago. They were moving in from North Carolina to be closer to their daughter and we did a lot of searching in all 3 states. But they ended up finding a home with a pool here in KY! I’m excited for them and plan to frequent their new backyard 😂

Said goodbye to these two this week…

Ryan gets to go back to blowing stuff up for the Marines and Shelby gets her husband back to a normal schedule 😂

We may have gotten a few extra grey hairs on this deal, but they are sold and heading back to NC!
