A few things to consider when buying a house:

-The age and condition of the roof- according to roofingcalc.com, an average asphalt shingle roof will normally last anywhere from 15-25 years, so if you are approaching that lifespan I would make sure to inspect your roof/attic space routinely. -The age and condition of the HVAC System - according to conditionedairinc.com, most well maintained air conditioners will last 15 to 20 years- HOWEVER in coastal areas they only typically last 7-12 years due to salt exposure. (https://www.conditionedairinc.com/blog/how-long-will-hvac-system-last)

The Movers for Moms event was a huge success and we were able to get OVER 1,200 items donated/collected with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK - Florence for these mommas to enjoy for themselves on Mothers Day! The community went above and beyond with donations!

Monraga Roofing LLC made a generous monetary donation for me (Kayla :) back left in the below photo) to be able to see what was needed for these ladies baskets, and ensure it was purchased. Monraga Roofing wanted to make sure EACH Mom got a nice pair of slippers, a warm blanket, and some small AND large needed essentials for their homes to help them worry less and relax more!

There were far too many AMAZING contributors to be able to write about them all!

To name a few... Pursuit Christian Academy went into overdrive and collected a LARGE amount of donations in their box to spread the love for these Mommas! Saying it was overflowing would be an understatement!

Grace School Association was another contributor that went above and beyond! They not only made sure we had quality baskets for everyone, but also collected boxes of donations AND contributed a generous monetary donation directly to Lighthouse Ministries, Florence, SC!

And last but not least- the most generous of them all- miss Susan Evans with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK - Florence! Each and every location we visited, she was not only amazing with sharing her gratitude for them to help, she was always looking for a way to help anyone she could! Aside from her amazing work ethic, she is an amazing human being! I personally saw her NOT SKIP A BEAT to help someone in need when we stopped to get food, it just shows how much she cares for the community and its people! I’m not surprised she is working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK - Florence, they all work hard and take great care of each other and each and every customer who steps in their door!!!

Looking forward to helping out again next year!

Welcome to Second 2 None Home Inspections! My name is Gordon and I am a husband, father of 4 girls, and Sergeant in the Army National Guard! Over the last 12 years, my wife and I have grown a passion for building and construction, I was just never able to get into it full time. My wife was active duty Air Force for 8 years, separating in 2020, and in 2019 I left to go on active orders until October of 2021.

In those 2 years apart I missed too much of my children's life, and traveling 5 hours to go home on the weekends wasn't enough! Therefore, I decided to start a career where I can not only make my own schedule, but do what I love and commit 100% to it!
