My name is Lila Timmons and I am the Principal Real Estate Broker/Owner for NextHome Picket Fence Realty. I am in my 7th year of real estate and have helped over 100 clients buy and/or sell a home. I truly believe that from the day we start working together, we are partners, working on

the same goal. I need you to do your part and you need me to guide you through the hundreds of steps in purchasing or selling a home. I understand communication is important. I take pride in being there for my clients so that they always know the next step in the process and are never left to wonder what is going on or what they should be doing. I am easily reached by phone, text, or email if a question does arise. I know that continuing education is critical. A Broker needs to keep up with the many real estate and law changes that occur. I’ve spent hundreds of hours in training to learn and refine my craft – so that I can better serve you.
