Some closings hit different. 🤍
These aren’t just my friends, they are family to me. The kind of people who’ve walked through life with me the past 10 years. So when they trusted me to handle both the sale of their home and the purchase of the next one, that meant more than I can put into words.
We had their home under contract in less than two weeks. Secured the next one. Closed on both the same day and even a few days ahead of our scheduled closing date. 🙌🏽 That takes strategy, tough negotiations, coordination, and a lot happening behind the scenes that most people never see.
Even when a transaction feels “smooth,” it’s because someone is making sure it stays that way. Deadlines. Repairs. Lenders. Attorneys. Inspections. One small shift can change everything. Staying ahead of it is part of the responsibility I carry for every single client.
As a Realtor, I truly enjoy working with all of my clients, and I never take your trust for granted. 🏡 Whether you’re selling, buying, relocating, or starting over, it’s always personal to me. Some chapters close. Some relocate and open brand new ones. Being part of that transition is something I respect deeply.
It takes a village to get to the closing table. 🤝
Thank you to Samantha Westerbeck— the best TC around.
Wylie & Washburn, LLC for keeping everything together, especially with sudden date changes.
Alejandro Rodriguez with Pristine Roofing & Home Improvement who made sure repairs were done on time.
Johnny Nexsen with First Reliance Bank
And the agents on the other side who worked professionally to get it done.
More than anything, I’m proud of them. Grateful for their trust. Honored to stand beside them not only as their Realtor, but as family. ❤️
We don’t just sell homes. We help people step into what’s next. And that will never get old. ✨
