‘NOTICE TO ALL LADIES: A friend was put to sleep in the bathroom of a movie theater and everything was stolen from her and she doesn't remember anything, only that a woman gave
her a perfume to smell. I was also approached yesterday afternoon around 3:30 pm in the parking lot of the mall by two men who asked
what kind of perfume I was wearing. Then they asked me if I would like to smell a sensational
type of perfume that they were selling at a sale price. I probably would have accepted if I hadn't received this
notice about THE PERFUME SHOCK. The men remained between the parked cars, limagine
waiting for someone else to show up. I stopped a lady who was walking towards them and warned her. I had been warned that in shopping malls or parking lots there are people who approach you to offer you to SMELL THE PERFUME they are selling but
it is NOT actually perfume, IT IS AXTER. When you smell it you faint and they take advantage of
the opportunity to steal everything of value you carry. PLEASE: copy this message and send it to your friends
as they are operating everywhere. Ladies be aware of your surroundings, while out shopping or doing errands. Crazy people in the world.

LATE APRIL IS THE BEST TIME TO LIST A HOME FOR SALE
The best time to list a home for sale in the U.S. is the end of April, according to a new report printed in Kentucky Realtors Real Estate Across the Commonwealth. Sellers are most likely to sell their home above the asking price and more quickly, when they list during that period.
THE ADVANTAGES OF LISTING IN LATE APRIL:
SELLERS GET STRONGER OFFERS
Homes listed at the end of April are 18% more likely to sell above the asking price than the rest of the year.
PRICES ARE HIGHER
Because there are more buyers, the median home-sale price is 4% higher for homes listed at the end of April than the yearly average sale price.
HOMES SELL FASTER
Homes are 17% more likely to sell within two weeks at the end of April than the yearly average. Homes listed in late April spend about 9% fewer days on the market than the yearly average.
SELLERS FACE LESS COMPETITION
There are typically 8% fewer homes for sale at the end of April than later in the spring or over the summer. As spring goes on, the total number of homes for sale increases, giving buyers more choices and more competition among sellers.
