Pool Hours will remain 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, weather permitting.

• NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA WITHOUT A POOL PASS. Residents are not permitted to open the gate for another resident who does not have a pool pass.
• You MUST BE 17 YEARS OF AGE to enter the pool alone.
• There is no smoking OR VA**NG inside or outside the pool area.
• There is NO EATING INSIDE THE POOL OR POOL DECK AREA. Eating is permitted in the picnic area or at the Cabana Bar only.
• No SPITTING, SPOUTING OF WATER, BLOWING THE NOSE, or otherwise introducing contaminants into the facility water shall be permitted.
• PERSONAL CONDUCT within the facility shall assure that the safety of self and others is not jeopardized. There is no fighting, spitting, or arguing with other residents or residents' guests. If you have an issue, please inform the front office or call 911 for an emergency.
• NO GLASS, SOAP, BUBBLES, or other material that creates hazardous conditions or interferes with the efficient operation of the facility shall not be permitted in the facility or on the deck.
• NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR DECK AREA.
• Persons exhibiting erratic or intoxicated behavior will not be permitted in the pool area.
• NO DIAPERS PERMITTED IN THE POOL. You can purchase swim diapers for babies/children who need them.
• GUESTS are limited to ONE PER HOUSEHOLD. The resident must accompany guests.

The Charleston side pool is officially open for the season! Hours are daily from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, weather permitting. Please be sure to follow all posted pool rules at all times. The Palmetto pool will open at a later date due to ongoing construction, but we’re excited to have it open soon! Pool and grilling areas are monitored to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents.
