Question of the Day!

These questions are for all of us to learn new ways that other agents are getting business!

So today’s question is this, we are going into the Easiest time to prospect!

Holiday Season!

Question - How do you plan on prospecting!

I been doing this business of real estate for 38 years now not bragging but first quarter 2025 will close my 5000 unit, reason I say this, what I am going to tell you Works!

1. Wear a name badge
2. Dress Professional
3. Ever person you meet add to your piggy bank, meaning your CRM, name address phone and email
4. Write a hand written note to them, 85% of people read the PS before they read the body,
your PS should say “ I deeply appreciate your real estate referrals”
5. Always Smile
6. When in a party have your phone recorder app up where you can say name n something about people to remember them, like John Doe at bank Christmas party lives in x, wife is Donna
8. Get out of house and get to as many places you can 4 th quarter
9. Coffee shop , sports bar, where does your local people hang out, be there, eat lunch there, be sports game, be there
10. Most important part, follow thru

Folks this works, it will make your first and second quarter rock!
