A good reminder…don’t go looking at model homes without your Realtor. It cost you nothing as the buyer to have agent representation in the new construction process. P.S. I love showing new construction homes. 😉

Being a Realtor is really like being a matchmaker. Always looking for that perfect home match for my clients. I’ve been working with these buyers for well over a year. They just switched their target area for a home. Constanlty networking with other agents, I was able to find a home not even on the market yet and get us a showing. We wrote an offer last night and under contract this morning. 💥 Next up inspections.

When we bought our house 6 1/2 years ago it was straight up 1989! I had a weak moment and I blame our Realtor. 😂 The kitchen was bad…those ceramic tile countertops and that honey colored wood EVERYWHERE! Less than 2 years here we did a mini renovation to get by. And then in 2019/2020 we went full fledge! Oh and “we” (mostly Chad) did all the work. Want to renovate a space let me know, I have a great contractor and I can help with the design. Enjoy!
