💼 What You’ll Do:
Prepare and review closing documents for residential real estate transactions
Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and vendors
Manage files from contract to closing
Assist with closing coordination
Keep everything (and everyone!) organized and on track
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience in real estate law or closings preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and client service mindset
Ability to juggle multiple files in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player
