Scott and Susie started building houses in Florence Ms. and currently build quality custom and spec houses in Central Mississippi. Scott's style of building has become very well known in Rankin County. S & S Builders builds on average approximately 80 to 100 homes per year. S&S Builders of MS, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Residential Construction Superintendent to join our team. This is a full-time position that will oversee the day-to-day construction of residential homes throughout Central Mississippi and ensure each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the quality standards expected by S&S Builders.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing residential projects from start to finish
• Managing jobsite schedules and subcontractors
• Monitoring quality, progress, and materials
• Coordinating inspections and completing punch lists
• Keeping projects on schedule and up to S&S Builders standards
• Communicating with subcontractors, vendors, homeowners, and our team

Qualifications:
• Residential construction experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to take ownership of projects
