MGL Development Since 1949 MGL Development has been involved in real estate development in SC.In the early 1950s MGL developed one of the first shopping centers in the US.

Started in 1949 in Florence South Carolina, MGL Development has been continuously involved in real estate development in the Florence South Carolina and the surrounding P*e Dee areas. In the early 1950s MGL Development Co. developed one of the first commercial shopping centers in the United States. The company still is very involved in real estate development and management.
