In my 10 years in real estate, I've only done two podcast interviews—and both have been with DJ Paris, host of the Keeping It Real Podcast. I've always appreciated DJ's practical, straightforward approach to helping agents grow their businesses and better serve their clients.
My first interview with DJ was in 2020, during my first year as the top-producing agent in our local MLS. Five years and more than 1,000 transactions later, I've been fortunate to achieve milestones that I never would have imagined, including becoming the #1 eXp Realty agent in South Carolina and the #5 eXp Realty agent nationally. While I'm grateful for those accomplishments, they've only strengthened my commitment to continuous improvement and helping others succeed.
DJ recently released our latest interview, where we discuss practical strategies, lessons learned, and advice for navigating today's ever-changing real estate market. I remain incredibly humbled by the opportunities I've been given and the trust my clients, team, and community have placed in me throughout this journey.
