The Pinal County housing market is holding steady heading into summer. The median home price is right around $384,000, which is up slightly from this time last year. Homes are taking a little longer to sell, averaging around 78 days on the market compared to 65 days a year ago, so buyers have a bit more breathing room than they did.
That said, Pinal County continues to be one of the more affordable options for buyers looking for alternatives to the higher priced Phoenix metro area, and demand is still there.
If you have been thinking about buying, selling, or investing anywhere in the county, whether that is Casa Grande, Maricopa, Florence, San Tan Valley, or anywhere in between, I would love to help. Drop a comment, send me a message, or give me a call!
