APPLICATION QUALIFICATIONS FOR RESIDENCY AT KENSINGTON SQUARE APARTMENTS & TOWNHOMES

1- ANY APPLICANT(S) BETWEEN THE AGE OF 18 AND 21 WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A CO-SIGNER.

2- ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE EMPLOYED AT THEIR CURRENT POSITION FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR OR BE EMPLOYED WITHIN THE SAME LINE OF WORK.

3- ONE (1) APPLICANT(S) GROSS MONTHLY INCOME MUST EXCEED THREE (3) TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT. TWO OR MORE APPLICANTS COMBINED INCOME MUST EXCEED FIVE (5) TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT.

4- ALL APPLICANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE GOOD PREVIOUS RENTAL/MORTGAGE HISTORY. IF THERE IS NO VERIFIABLE RENTAL HISTORY, A CO-SIGNER WILL BE REQUIRED.

5- ALL APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE GOOD CREDIT HISTORY ESTABLISHED IN THEIR NAMES. ALL BANKRUPTCY’S MUST BE DISCHARGED AND GOOD CREDIT REESTABLISHED IN THEIR NAMES.

6- A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE COMPLETED ON ALL APPLICANTS 18 YEARS OR OLDER. THIS REPORT WILL BE USED AS A DETERMINATING FACTOR OF ANY APPLICANT(S) APPROVAL FOR RESIDENCY.
