While many housing markets across the U.S. saw strong growth early this year, home prices fell in dozens of others—especially in Florida, which was hit the hardest, according to a new analysis.
In the first quarter of 2025, nearly 17% of markets (38 cities) experienced price declines compared to the same time last year.
Data shows that Sebastian, FL, had the largest annual price drop, followed by Punta Gorda, FL.
