Hello, my friends and clients I am hoping you are all well and making it through this medical crisis without too much difficulty. Following government recommendations, I am primarily working from home at this time- but I want to be sure you know I will meet people on a case by case basis if you need my help. I help home buyers, sellers and investors in St Louis City, St Louis County, and St Charles City and County. Today, Thursday, March 12, there is an informative display provided by MODOT at Florissant Valley Community College in the Student Center explaining the upcoming work on the North County stretch of Hwy 270. They will have the display up and representatives there to answer questions from 4-8pm this afternoon. It will be more of an open house, drop by, than a meeting. Parking is available to visitors in lots P 3 and P4. Hope you can get there, I know it is short notice.
One piece of great news for home buyers is that mortgage rates at are historic lows. This means it is easier to qualify for loans and you get more bang for your buck! Let me recommend a few lenders and see how they can help you get approved.
On the flip side, sellers are needed! Sales are brisk and multiple offers are common. Now is a great time to sell! Don't wait until the spring market is flooded with competition! Call me!

Hello, St. Louis and vicinity! been quite a while since I posted, its been a busy spring, and continues to be busy as we get through to summer. Couldn't let the day go by without congratulating the St. Louis Blues on getting to Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final Round! I have seen this town go crazy for baseball before, but I have never seen this much excitement for anything else. Its fantastic! I hope tomorrow to post congratulations on the WIN!
