Congratulations Miss McNeal! This young lady was so much fun to work with. (The photo shown is a stock photo because Miss McNeal didn't want to be shown. She has a relative who is in real estate but trusted me to help her through the process.) She made me laugh often. She was excited about the journey and this was another client that knew what she wanted and it took her about 4 showings to get home.

Y'all this was a hard one! The 1st accepted offer was great but a week before closing, the lender denied the loan because the buyer submitted fraudulent documents.🥺

The 2nd accepted offer was from an out of town investor and the offer was great too. The only item their inspector put on the inspection report was that the deck needed an ADA hand rail which costs about $250 but the buyer wanted to drop the price $15k.🤔

The 3rd accepted offer was from another investor but in town. They kept asking for extensions on the inspection but they realized they had a gem. Guess what y'all? We finally closed! What a glorious day! 🙏🏾

In this market, trying to find a house can be quite frustrating. You find a house you love, submit an offer and your offer isn't accepted. As a buyer, you rinse and repeat the process until finally you get an offer accepted, get past inspection and appraisal and then finally it's time to Close!
My client, Chuck went through this process so often with disappointments and frustrations. He patiently waited until finally he was under contract. From his inspection to the final walk through, there were a lot of twists and turns, which seemed as though he wasn't going to make it to the finish line. With God navigating and ME as his Realtor, we got it done!
I thank God for my referral angels like Mary Ann Bailey who sent Chuck to me after he dismissed a previous agent. I had to gain his trust and make sure he understood, all agents are not alike.
