Location vs condition is mostly a matter of personal preference. 🤷 However, I suggest considering both when choosing a new home. Your location can affect factors such as accessibility, safety, and proximity to amenities, but is often more expensive. Home condition can affect the cost of maintenance and repairs, and nice-to-have features that you just can’t live without, but generally speaking you get more bang for your buck if you are willing to compromise on location just a bit.. Ultimately, the decision depends on your priorities and needs. 😀
