Jay Steele is a native Texan, he grew up in Midland, Texas and after graduating high school, attended Texas Tech University, where he completed a Bachelor’s of Business Administration. Shortly after graduating from college, he moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area where he worked in sales for 12 years, 10 of those years in medical sales. In 2000, with a partner he got into the lending side of the real estate business and became a Mortgage Loan Officer and later a Mortgage Broker, he still holds a LO license. It is here where Jay working with his buyer/borrower clients, became inspired to pursue a career in real estate. This passion coupled with a vast knowledge of Home and Land lending has allowed Jay to serve residents in Flower Mound (the place he calls home), Argyle, Keller, Grapevine, Denton, Justin, Springtown and surrounding areas in the home buying/selling process.
When not helping Northwest Metroplex home buyers and sellers, Jay enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife of 33 years and his daughter and son, who are thankfully grown and employed. He is an avid hunter and snow skier and loves to spend time on their family ranch near Hico, Texas, where he continues to grow his passion for open places, nature and owning and working a piece of Texas.
