🏡✨ Congratulations to Jose & Hailey on buying their first home today! ✨🏡
I first met Jose and Hailey at an open house about 6 months ago, and they shared that they wanted to become homeowners before their lease ended this summer. The good news? We had time to be picky—and we used it! 😊
Over the past few months, we toured 20+ homes looking for the right fit. Some looked amazing online but didn’t live up to the photos in person. Others had a great floorplan but no backyard… or a great backyard but a layout that just didn’t work.
Then we walked into 1108 Raleigh—and it checked all the boxes. ✔️🏡

In almost every real estate transaction, there’s at least one obstacle that pops up between getting a home ready for market and making it to the closing table. Sometimes it’s an inspection surprise, insurance challenges, title issues, or last-minute underwriting requests.
With 2601 Bel Air… we somehow managed to experience all of the above—and then some. 😅
✔️ Inspection concerns that required careful negotiations
✔️ Homeowners insurance hurdles
✔️ Title issues that needed to be resolved
✔️ Last-minute lender requests and delays
There were definitely moments when this one tested all of us, but everyone stayed committed, worked together, and we kept pushing forward. And yesterday, we finally made it to the closing table! 🎉
Some closings call for extra celebration… and this one absolutely called for champagne at the closing table 🥂
