For sellers wondering if open houses really bring in buyers, here is proof that they do! These buyers walked into an open house that I was hosting just as I was getting ready to close up. They rushed in, apologized, said they had just saw it online and felt drawn to come in, they aren’t even really looking, probably a total waste of time, on and on.

I welcomed them in, told them to relax, no rush, take their time, and next thing I know we are competing with multiple offers to get them that house. They won! Okay, so maybe we did have to rush a little to get the offer in and maybe it wasn’t always relaxing, BUT it was EXCITING!!

Open Houses do bring in buyers, even those who didn’t know they were looking.

I am so glad they decided to walk through the door at the very last minute and grateful they allowed me to help them with this purchase. Congratulations to my sweet buyers on a gorgeous new home!
