This is so important to us, because we truly are a work family, and love and encourage one another professionally AND personally. Local Pro Realty is the BEST!😍

And we are now in the top 2% of all Volume and Transactions in Denton County!!!🔥💥🔥

On a personal note, I was awarded Top Producer for October and also 3rd Quarter, thanks to my faithful friends and clients!!🥰🌟

This year has been a VERY tough market, to say the least. Less than 1% of real estate agents in the country have had a single sale this year, and many are leaving the business.😔 So I’m extra grateful that the Lord keeps me busy helping people.🏡💕

🌟CLOSED and FUNDED (finally!!!!!!!)🌟

This was a doozy of a transaction. Still working on it hours after funding.😅😳🫠

During our buying journey, we found the cutest condo, and went under contract very quickly, closing in 7 days. Everyone hustled to make it all work!

On closing day, LAST TUESDAY, we did the Buyer’s walk through an hour before closing. It was the day that it rained hard for hours, and overnight. As I went through turning all the lights on, I quickly saw that it was raining INSIDE the condo as well.🫣😱 It was wet everywhere inside, so I knew it was time to call the listing agent and title company and delay closing…which upon further inspection we decided to terminate.😖
We were all disappointed, as it was the cutest condo!😭

BUT…Lo and behold…the condo next door was also for sale.😏 So I quickly made an appointment to see it. We walked over, fell in love AGAIN, and after some fierce negotiating😤, went under contract a few days layer.🙌🏻
This transaction also had its share of issues, even at the closing table😳 and I was beginning to wonder if it just wasn’t meant to be.😞

But…today we FINALLY closed!!🙌🏻🥳🎉 My clients ran out so quickly that we forgot to take a photo, but I wanted to thank this sweet lady (Chris Price with Title Resources North Texas). She was a champion through both transactions. When we terminated, then immediately went under contract again, she picked up the ball and started running again to get us to the finish line.

My clients were so patient, flexible and trusted me to get this done. I absolutely LOVE what I do. I truly enjoy being a problem solver. And very grateful that I got to hand them a new set of keys this afternoon!😍🏡🔑💕

Last night was surreal for me.💫💫💫

3 years ago, I was told (by a not-so-nice person) that I would never be an “actual” realtor…that this would always be a hobby for me, but never a career. That person did not know the God I serve.

For the past few years, my life verse has been one that has proven over and over and over just Who the Lord is to me. New realtors ask me what I’ve done to become successful, and ask me to mentor and help them in their careers. I tell them that this is my big “secret”🤭:

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33

I am a sinner and SOO far from perfect! But I love the Lord and serving Him first is my priority. I love real estate, and am so grateful that He has chosen to provide for me this way. But I am NOTHING without Him.

So this is what the Lord said (to that not-so-nice person😏):

🙏🏻 I would be so grateful if you’d say a prayer for Maddie as she starts school again tomorrow after being away from campus for the past year and a half. She loves working in her field so much, and has decided to keep her full time job while going to school! Needless to say…I’m VERY proud of my girl and her work ethic, and cannot wait to see what the Lord does in and through her.🥹❤️🙏🏻💝🙌🏻

✨Third time’s a charm!!✨

After 2 “almost buyers”, the perfect family is now in possession of this sweet home in Whitesboro that belonged to my clients’ parents. It’s hard to let go…but the buyers are ready to bring this home back to life and begin to make new memories. A fun lunch at after closing was a fun way to celebrate with them! And as exciting as it always is to plant my sign in a yard and attach a lockbox to the door…the satisfaction of picking them up, knowing I’ve done my job is even better!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Surprise #3 was a sweet lunch yesterday after church! My mom coordinated several weeks ago for all of these beautiful ladies to show up one at a time. Surprise!!😅 We missed the ones that couldn’t come! I’m truly blessed beyond measure.❤️
