We are looking for 2-3 motivated Real Estate students (preferred at least 2 years undergrad completed) to join our team investing in 1-4 and small multifamily properties in Denton, Dallas, and Tarrant counties.

E&M Real Estate Solutions will provide you with the training and tools you need to get started as a real estate investor. Agents can expect to make $30-$50 per hour, as the average deal takes between 50-60 hours of work and generally puts $1800-$2000 in your pocket, all while learning the real day to day business of becoming a real estate investor.

It's a great day at E&M! Picked up this little property today from an awesome lady out in Red Oak. Matt thinks we should sell it, but I think we should keep it. At 6,677 square feet of living space, I think we can play full on team sports inside. Or at least some frisbee. What do yall think?

Sometimes you run into situations you just can't fix. We met a wonderful lady today that is down on her luck and has no place to live. Any information on assistance programs around Everman or Tarrant County in general would be greatly appreciated.
