So here’s a real example:

Total monthly payment (including principal, interest, taxes, insurance & PMI):

Now the next question most people ask is…

“What kind of income would we need for that?”

Using standard lending guidelines:

A household income of roughly $70,000–$80,000 per year could potentially qualify for this payment — depending on other monthly debts like vehicles, student loans, or credit cards.
