Keller Williams 6019779411 ’s been such a busy couple of weeks, I’m a little late posting these two closings! 🏡✨

The first one was especially special to me. I had the privilege of representing one of the sweetest families and worked with them for over a year to find their dream home. I never wanted them to feel pressured to settle, so we took our time looking at every home that fit their criteria. This one checked every box — and then some! I’m so thankful for their patience and trust throughout the process. Their precious little ones are going to have the sweetest home and land to grow up on. ❤️

The second closing happened in a whirlwind! The family closed remotely, so they aren’t pictured, but this one was such a full-circle moment. They’re relocating from out of state, and she was actually an MK in Guatemala with me! She had been seeing my real estate posts on social media and reached out. I grew up spending the night at her house and graduated with her sister. It’s crazy to think another MK from Guatemala will now be living less than 10 minutes from me!

I truly love what I do. Some journeys take a long time, and some happen fast — but every single one is special. Thankful for each family who trusts me to help them through such an important season of life. 🏠💛 Once again a huge thank you to and for a job well done!

Happy Closing Day to this great couple! I met them when they called on one of my listings. It turned out they had gone to church with my parents and brother years ago. We bonded over stories of mission trips and church friends. They had their dream home built and I helped them sell their “bird watchers paradise”. It was FINALLY closing day! This one had several bumps along the way but we made it! I am so grateful for this sweet couple and their perseverance in the crazy obstacle course they faced. Thankful for some sweet sellers that were gracious enough to allow a lengthy extension. I closed with this buyer last Monday. He’s in a wheelchair and it costs $150 every time he has to be transported. Due to that, I took the closing docs to him and arranged for a notary. I ran the docs back to Elliott Law Firm | Brandon so the seller could sign. I mentioned to Shannon Elliott - Attorney that Carlos was sad that he would not get a picture with “the key” that he sees in so many of my posts. Shannon told me to take one to him so he could get his picture. He was so excited. This really was a joint effort with my sweet daddy Ronny Gilmore and my brother Ronny William Gilmore Jr. Carlos prayed over the house he had never seen before he went in. He put all his trust in me and my dad to find him the right house. He LOVES it! Real estate is not for the faint of heart. These are the ones that make it all worth it….. the reason I do what I do!
