Just discovered Aji Fusion, a local gem serving up delicious gluten-free options! 🍽️ I tried the Empanada Trio, Arepa Reina Pepiada, and Aji de Gallina—each one better than the last! 🌽 Their empanadas and arepas are made with corn meal, so they’re naturally gluten-free. While cross-contamination is a possibility, I’m super sensitive to gluten and had no issues here. Plus, the seasonings on the meat are gluten-free too! If you're looking for a tasty and safe dining spot, Aji Fusion is a must-try.
