🚨STORYBOOK sale…we looked for 3 months to find the perfect home for my clients, and more importantly their horses! We drove an hour in every direction of Blacksburg, until one evening, with a beautiful view of the full moon overlooking the riding ring of this farm, my clients knew it was the right one. Now we just had to cross our fingers that their home on the other side of the country would finally sell….and then HOURS after getting this one under contract, the house they were selling ALSO went under contract. Almost like it was meant to be. Just glad I got to be part of the ride 😎

🚨 Soooo happy to help this family with their new home. One of the more complicated transactions I’ve been able to facilitate (at closing today my clients said Real Estate is not for the faint of heart, and how lucky they were to have me to guide them). Mainly, there’s a feeling of satisfaction KNOWING you helped people out. Glad I was trained by an amazing mentor to go the extra mile (or ten!) to help people. 🚨Maybe the sale I’m most proud of. I’m constantly learning, and put everything I’ve learned into this one (even had multiple agents call and say they had never seen anyone do some of these things before, and asking how it worked out!). Hit every one of my client’s goals for this sale, and I couldn’t have been happier for them than when we signed the contract.

But a great sale doesn’t just begin when you decide to list a house, it really starts when you buy it. I had helped these clients when they bought the house 3 years ago (in a multiple offer situation), knowing it was the perfect house for them, and doing everything in my power to help them get it. It’s amazing to see how buying the right house can go up so much in value in just three years!
