Mike and Mallory were referred to me by another amazing client, and I’ve been lucky to help several of their coworkers relocating from Ohio. These two are seasoned pros at house hunting, and they made the whole process such a joy!
Their sweet son Christian might’ve only been in it for the suckers…but I think I finally won him over too🍭😊

Today was a VERY special closing. I have known Payton and his family for 20+ years. We have vacationed together, his dad played softball with my husband, we've been to his parent's house for many Derby, New Year's, birthday and graduation parties, Payton and his sister went to Bowen where I taught, and on and on. When he reached out months ago about buying a house, I was excited to sit down with him and walk him through the buying process. At the time, he wasn't sure if he wanted to live in Louisville or venture to the Sunnyside of Southern Indiana. Fast forward to today, when he closed not only a home, but a BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION home at Wolf Run Park in Jeffersonville built by Schuler Homes.
Rickie and Jennifer, I know you are crazy proud of him for this accomplishment. I am, too💙 He's close enough to us if he needs any crockpot meals🍲 He knows I am a phone call away.
