Here we have a kitchen/utility closet/bathroom floor structure rebuild.
We always attempt to fix floors from underneath to save from having to replace the subfloor, but there are times when the subfloor must be replaced to get a solid and level floor.
We will have to replace the wood that is supporting the exterior walls of the home as well, would not be a good thing to have a solid floor while the outside walls are sinking!!

We were able to get in fast and make necessary repairs so that the Homeowner could move forward with the sale of their home!!
2 of the 4 concrete block columns supporting the main beam of the home were cracked and needed to be replaced.
