Looking in the area pictured below, only areas he doesn't want are Flint & Mt. Morris. There HAS to be room for renovation and profit reflected in the sale price. He is fine with ANY type of work including foundation problems, mold, water, etc.....the things others shy away from he is happy to take on if the work. Please send whatever you have my way! Apparently running a brokerage is a family affair around here! Landris Real Estate Group was built pretty simply on purpose. I wanted a brokerage that felt like me, where you get ME when you call my number. Personal, honest, hardworking, and without a bunch of unnecessary fluff.
