We all know that online valuations of property can be inaccurate. My question to you, is would you be willing to pay a nominal amount, say $39, if you could get a fairly accurate valuation of your residence as opposed to paying an appraisal? Just curious to know what your thoughts on that are. It looks to me that we are moving from the free web to the subscription model in exchange for getting accurate/updated information...
