The supply of homes continues to decrease as many homeowners are comfortable with their mortgage payments because they refinanced during the COVID years. This is one of the main reasons that is causing the sold prices of homes to increase as there is still pent-up Buyer demand. The Spring real estate market is hot, as we are seeing multiple offers for many listings. 🔥 🔥 🔥

✨IN ESCROW!✨

Congratulations to my Buyers for going into escrow on their new construction home in Granite Bay! My Buyers have recently moved from South Korea and needed guidance on how the buying process works here. I was able to help them get the lot that they wanted and also save money by negotiating the best terms for them. English isn’t their first language, and I am able to communicate with them in Korean and help clarify any of their questions and concerns.
