Sale pending!! This Carmichael cutie is pending but getting here wasn’t easy. We had not one but two buyers back out for various reasons. Two thoughts on that- get approved with a LOCAL Lender, they will be easy to reach, they can talk over your numbers so you are educated and can make educated offers. Second, really study areas before you make an offer, do your due diligence! Sellers will thank you for that later so you aren’t giving them emotional whiplash.
