Born on Cedar Hill Farm in 1863, Nellie began teaching at just sixteen years old, opening a private school in her parents’ parlor before going on to teach throughout the region. She was recently widowed when she built the home.

22 homes went into contract, up from 14
Median list price for pending properties is $770,000
Median days on market is 10

Inventory is stable. More homes went pending this past week and the amount of closed properties remains stable. The number of days the current properties on the market is creeping up. The properties that are selling are selling quickly, but there are a good number of properties that have been on the market for a month or so. Inventory has been steadily increasing.
