And honestly… this one was special.

In just 12 hours, we received a full price offer on a home that has been deeply loved for the last 20 years by one of the sweetest women I know. At 90 years old, my dear friend Dorrie is beginning her next chapter in Tennessee surrounded by her children and family.

Swipe through the screenshots — I’m walking you through exactly what you’re seeing.

Screenshot 1:
You’re on a Zillow listing and see two buttons:
➡️ “Contact”
➡️ “Schedule a Tour”

Most people assume these go to the listing agent.
They do not.

Screenshot 2:
After clicking “Contact,” notice the gray banner at the top that says:
👉 “Connect with a local buyer’s agent.”

That’s your clue.

Here’s what this means 👇
• Consumers use Zillow to browse homes and gather info
• Agents use Zillow as a lead program

When you click those buttons, Zillow connects you to a buyer’s agent who paid for that lead — not the agent representing the seller.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
If you already have an agent representing you:
❌ Do not click these buttons
❌ Do not submit questions through Zillow
❌ Do not schedule tours here

Instead:
✅ Ask your agent every question
✅ Have your agent schedule showings
✅ Let your agent handle all communication and offers

Those buttons exist only for buyers who don’t yet have an agent they know, love, and trust.

Clicking them while already represented:
• Wastes another agent’s time
• Creates confusion
• Can complicate your representation
