Many people are realizing that with today’s historically low interest rates, it’s a great time to buy a house. And it’s equally a great time to sell as homes are moving quickly. Some of you may be concerned that sellers are still allowing to sell their homes or that we are working...rest assure, we are following all the CDC guidelines and getting creative with virtual tours and showings to comply with the "Shelter in Place" order and keep everyone healthy and safe. There is so much we can accomplish in our virtual video world, and yet still serve the needs of people in our community who need to buy or sell, even in this chaotic time.
